Return Policy
MODERN strives for complete customer satisfaction on every order. If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, please notify us by telephone (541) 686-1935 within 5 days of receipt of your package in order to obtain a return authorization. Items returned without a return authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be received by MODERN within 15 days of delivery in order to receive full refund or exchange. Merchandise received after 15 days of delivery will be reimbursed with store credit, good for one year from date of issue. Exchange requests (with a return authorization) after 15 days will be granted with a 10% restocking fee. Gift recipients will receive store credit, good for one year, in cases of return within 15 days (with a return authorization). If the return is not due to damaged merchandise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Returned merchandise must be unused and unassembled, in its original condition and its original packaging, complete with tags, instructions, warranty paperwork, or other inserts. Non-stock items (drop-shipped from the manufacturer) are not returnable, along with special orders and custom orders. Please inspect your package right away for damages. Claims for damaged items must be made to MODERN by telephone within 5 days of receipt. Damage claims made after 5 days will not be processed. Items returned due to manufacturer defect will be replaced with the same item at the manufacturer's discretion.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
MODERN reserves the right to modify or change the terms of use of this site with or without notification.
